BHLTV
a weekly, 30-minute cable television show on health,
lifestyles and consumer technology issues geared to
communities of color. Originally launched in July 2003,
BHLTV featured Washington, DC Mayor Anthony Williams,
District of Columbia Councilmember Sandy Allen (Ward 8) Chair,
Committee on Human Services and entertaining and informative
health news and feature stories of interest to the entire
family.
Hosted by Les Butler, BHLTV aired on
DCTV (Comcast Channels 5) in Washington, DC. BHLTV
plans to be re-launched in Fall 2004 and will include
streaming media broadcasts on the BeHealthyLifestyles
website. |
